Luzira COU Primary School Has About 1,400 Learners Distributed In 13 Classrooms. This Means That On Average Each Classroom Is Allocated 107 Pupils. These Classrooms Are Not Big Enough Considering Their Dimensions. For Better Learning, Each Classesroom Can Accomodate About 50 Learners.
Congesting Such Big Number Of Learners In A small room Creates AN Uncoducive Learning Environment.
